Perdants Toxiques
translates to
Toxic Losers.

It wasn't a marketing concept. It was a self-portrait. Traditional success had arrived - the career, the income - but the reality was complete isolation. An apartment in Tokyo. A failing relationship. The growing certainty of dragging down anyone who tried to get close. The reverse Midas touch: given every opportunity, only to ruin it through depression and chemical dependency.

The brand exists because making friends the normal way never worked. This became the alternative - a space to exist and connect without having to speak.

Tokyo shaped everything. A psychiatrist visit in 2018 ended with a prescription for alprazolam, starting a spiral that eventually cost a home, a family, and the only life that ever felt chosen. Insomnia had been constant since high school - over a decade of broken sleep schedules. The photographs that now appear across the brand come from those years of walking Tokyo alone at night, drawn to the quietness of a city that never truly sleeps. Even in a metropolis of fourteen million, 3 AM offers a kind of invisibility. The same neighborhood paths, again and again - a way to see a beautiful city without being seen.

Nightwalk - Offices

That spiral ended in a Japanese cell, a permanent ban from the country, and a forced return to Germany. The location remains uncertain. The criminal history in Japan makes re-entering much of the world difficult, and there is no intention of staying in one place longer than necessary.

It took two years of obsessive development to create the first pieces. That prolonged hesitation and paralysis became the first collection: Indecision.

Perdants Toxiques pairs the darkest parts of the human experience with uncompromising construction. Destructive energy forced into something permanent. Heavy 925 silver hardware. Pure cashmere. Cotton cut and sewn in Japan. Every garment is a numbered edition backed by digital provenance. The garments have to be flawless to justify the ugliness of what inspired them.

Nightwalk - Government Building

Retail therapy is the only kind of therapy we can offer, saving others is not possible when the work of saving yourself is still unfinished. The brand is not a story about overcoming demons. The room is still shared with them.

Indecision is now closed. The next collection is titled 4 – Yon-ban - the number assigned when my name was stripped away in a Japanese cell.

The next chapter is already underway…
